Two small stairs lead to two separated bedrooms and a large balcony at the topfloor. The vieuw from there is very nice. In the garden is a third room with big windows and sliding doors. A nice room as working place or studio. The house has a telephone line and a hotwater installation.
The garden is small, but very cosy.
The price is 35 million a’year. Not much for a nice place like this.
